What’s New?
New & Improved Grid Page Layout Functionality
To ensure that our users have as much flexibility as possible so they can tailor edgeCore to meet their specific requirements and personal preferences, this release introduces major improvements to page layout and the way you make visualization containers inside of a page.
Notable changes are as follows:
- Grid layout editor is accessed when users open pages in the Edit mode.
- Users can start working with predefined layouts.
- Users can set minimum and maximum width and height values.
- Users can lock width and height and in that way control dividers in the layout.
Enhancements
Security Updates
- Spring Boot has been upgraded to version 3.3.7
- Spring Framework has been upgraded to version 6.1.16
- Tomcat has been upgraded to version 9.0.97
Resolved Issues
- The issue here setting Show decimal places did not apply to a number has been resolved.
- Issue with the missing websocket threadpool executor has been resolved. The fix has prevented backup restore from blocking websocket handling which would result in edgeCore disconnect.
- When creating a new page, the Allow Save as Favorite Page option is now disabled by default.
- Visualization actions cannot have the same name.
