Adding keepalive.html to edgeCore

Add the keepalive.html file to edgeCore’s static-web folder. There is no need to restart edgeCore after adding the file.

• If the keepalive.html file does not exist in the static-web folder, localhost:8080/keepalive  will return a 404 error:
